How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship between one and five days of you placing your order. It may take up to 5 weeks for a product to arrive depending on the location of the delivery. Estimated delivery times can be found on every product's description. 

What's your return policy?

We do not offer returns. However, if your item is damaged, different to how it should be, or if you have not received your item within 6 weeks of placing the order you will be eligible for a refund or a new item at no additional cost. 

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you do not receive your package within the time frame specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us in writing with a picture attached, and we’ll send you the right product if possible or give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.

I have received part of my order, but it is not completely fulfilled? 

We source our products from different suppliers and therefore, your packages may arrive separately. No worries, all the items will arrive within their delivery time frame. Please email us if there is an issue tracking any of your packages.
