How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship between one and five days of you placing your order. It may take up to 4 weeks for a product to arrive depending on the location of the delivery. This shipping guide does not include items that are for PRE ORDER only. 

What's your return policy?

In the past, we did not offer returns. However, if your item is damaged, different to how it should be, or if you have not received your item within 6 weeks of placing the order, (this does NOT include items that are for PRE ORDER only), you will be eligible for a refund or a new item at no additional cost. If you would like to return your item for a different reason, you will need to cover the shipping cost of the return before receiving the refund. The item must be in a clean and new state to receive full refund. 

Can I cancel my order?

You may only cancel your order within 24 hours of when it is placed. If it is within this time frame, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot guarantee full refunds after this time period has passed. 

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, or defective, -- then simply notify us in writing with a picture attached, and we’ll send you the right product if possible or give you a refund.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges.

I have received part of my order, but it is not completely fulfilled? 

We source our products from different suppliers and therefore, your packages may arrive separately. No worries, all the items will arrive within their delivery time frame. Please email us if there is an issue tracking any of your packages.
